I have taken great care to build an experienced team so that you as parents and carers can feel confident that your child will be looked after by experts. The apprentices who join us at Nanny Plums are carefully selected and are trained up to be as outstanding as their more senior colleagues - Caroline Morton

CAROLINE (Operations Manager and Teacher)

I'm a fully qualified English teacher and have enjoyed a successful career as a Senior Leader in a number of Fylde Coast secondary schools. I love working with young children want to give them the absolute best start in life. I specialise in literacy and I'm passionate about EYFS and making learning fun and interesting for children.

I am a busy mum to my three lovely children. I love working with and being around children and enjoy developing my knowledge of Early Years and how best to support young children. Since joining Nanny Plums I have studied for and completed my Early Years Educator Diploma and have the role of Duty Manager.

I’ve worked with children and babies all my adult life, it’s my dream job. I’m proud to hold the role of Duty Manager at Nanny Plums and am committed to continuing my professional development in order to provide the best possible care for our children.
