About Us

WELCOME TO NANNY PLUMS!

Welcome to Nanny Plums! We are proud to be a BEACH SCHOOL!

Nanny Plums Nursery opened it's doors for the first time in September 2016.

The nursery is owned and managed by Ms Caroline Morton (BA. Hons, PGCE, QTS) a fully qualified English teacher with more than a decade's experience in teaching and leadership in secondary schools across the Fylde Coast.

Nanny Plums lovingly provides every child with a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which they can confidently develop to their full potential.

Set within an ideal location between Anchorsholme and Cleveleys town centre, the nursery offers:

  • a baby unit

  • 2 to 3 year old provision

  • 3 to 5 year old pre-school provision

We are a small, family setting who will lavish time and attention upon your child - your little one will not be swallowed up in the numbers as can sometimes happen in larger nurseries. We also maintain a strong focus upon literacy and numeracy skills, in particular, to prepare your child for an outstanding start to life in primary school. In Summer 2020 we proudly became a BEACH SCHOOL and include regular learning sessions for children at our stunning local beach. Ask us for more details!

To maintain effective communication between home and nursery each child is allocated a 'Key Person'. After a few visits to Nanny Plums, we will establish which practitioner your child has formed the closest relationship with. This practitioner will then become an integral part of your child's time here at Nanny Plums.

We are open from 7:30am until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
